(1998)

This joker tries to trick his wife into falling off a cliff, but he gets her sister instead. Why he wants to kill the wife in the first place is a mystery; she's not particularly bitchy, she didn't just inherit a bunch of money, and she's definitely cute. Maybe she won't let him come in through the back door or something. Irregardless, now she's afraid of heights so she joins this support group and pretty soon the husband starts whacking all of them too. Okay, seriously, there have got to be at least a hundred easier ways to get rid of somebody than this; if you've reached the point where you're disposing of your third or fourth body and the person you're really after is still kicking around then it's probably time to rethink your strategy. And you'd assume a bunch of people who are afraid of heights would steer clear of cliffs, but nope: at the end of this movie there's three people hanging off the same cliff! It's fucking ridiculous. If they made a Part 2 there would have to be at least seven chuckleheads hanging off a cliff at some point or they just wouldn't be upping the ante enough. Fortunately I don't think we have to worry about anybody making a sequel to this piece of crap.
