Eve of Destruction

(1991)

A lady scientist is assigned to make a robot that can sneak behind enemy lines. She's smart enough to know that guys will let a hot chick do just about anything she wants even if they aren't supposed to, like letting her backstage during the show or waving her through the gate at the top-secret death ray factory without checking her I.D., so she decides to make the robot look like a super smokin' babe. Then she names it "Eve" because "Patricia of Destruction" is a crappy name for a movie. The only problem is that the scientist chick has like this huge ego, so she makes the robot look and think like herself. This is bad, first, because even though the robot has a kickin' bod now, its face ain't so hot and it has awful, awful hair. Also, the scientist is a bit of a flake, so when the robot decides to escape, it starts beating the piss out of everyone and fucking every guy it meets. It's like a Terminator with PMS. So anyhow, they get this black guy to chase the robot down because he's good at shooting a gun and coming up with tough-guy one-liners. They tell him that the robot is really a bomb that can blow up the whole city, but I think the scientist just made that up to motivate him because she's just mortified at all the embarrassing shit this robot that looks like her is doing. A few flashes of nice robot thigh are about all this dumb movie has to offer, so don't watch it unless you're a technosexual.
