The Eyes Behind the Stars

(1978)

This dude is developing pictures of a model when he sees something weird. He goes back to where the pictures were taken to take more, but a spaceship comes down and he gets alien abducted. The model has some of the negatives and gives them to a reporter, so he tries to get to the bottom of it or whatever. The reporter gets a UFO-ologist to help him and starts to investigate and shit, but then a conspiracy happens. People start following them, but they aren't too smart about it- most the time they just stand right next to the reporter and the UFO-ologist listening to them talk, or they get in a big black car and tailgate them. Finally they just bushwhack the reporter and punch him in the kidneys until he gives them the negatives, but then the aliens steal them anyway. It turns out the reporter's chick friend is betraying them (of course), so he goes to her place and slaps her around hardcore, which was fuckin' hilarious. Then he gets the UFO-ologist cat and they go to where the conspiracy guys are and shoot a bunch of them. This movie didn't really have any blood or naked chicks in it, but it was still kind of cool; like the X-Files except only an hour and a half long instead of a decade.
