(2002)

This cop pulls a drug sting in the middle of the street in broad daylight, then gets in a huge chase and wrecks like half a dozen cars. His boss is pissed, so they transfer him to Hawaii! Can you imagine what they would've done if he'd blown away a bunch of bystanders or something? He probably would've gotten a free trip to the Bahamas. Anyway, his first case in Hawaii is figuring out who's strangling all these ugly sorority girls (actually the first one who buys it is okay, but obviously she's not around for long). Eventually it turns out that the sorority bitches got this one chick so upset that she killed herself, and she must've been Catholic or something because she has like dozens of brothers and sisters and they're all out for revenge. The murders are weak, but there's tons of tits (the photographer chick the main cop nails is particularly fine) and a couple of cool car chases, so it just barely manages to pass muster. What's with the outfits though? It's like everybody in this flick shops at the same store or something. Seriously, check it out:

It's a little hard to take a male-female detective team seriously when they're wearing matching outfits.
