Everybody's gotta have a hobby, so this one cat decides to go around bashing random people's heads in with an ice hammer. I guess nobody ever thought of that before, because the cops don't know what the fuck is going on. In fact, Frank Sinatra (the main cop) isn't even the one who figures it out- some bored dude who works at a museum actually does most of the work for him. This isn't exactly CSI I guess. Frank finally tracks the killer down, but there's no evidence or anything so he just breaks into the guy's apartment and shoots him in the head. Awesome. Frank Sinatra rocks.
