Happy Hour

(1987)

This movie stars Klinger, Little Richards, the nerd from Grease, and the redhead who did all those Whitesnake videos, and she doesn't get naked, so you'd figure it would have to suck harder than a vacuum cleaner in a black hole. Amazingly enough though it's actually pretty funny. This beer company comes up with a formula that makes beer completely addictive, so pretty soon the drinking age is 6 and everyone is trashed all the time. Another beer company steals the formula though, so the first company sends Klinger to get it back. It's hard to fucking believe, but Klinger is actually hilarious in this: he runs over a little kid's ball on purpose when it rolls in the street, drives through his neighbor's garage door, shoots out his own window when he locks his keys in the car, and just generally acts like a psychotic dickhead. It's hysterical. Plus he's partners with the Whitesnake chick, who's just as crazy and is constantly waving a gun around or trying to kill somebody, which is sort of hot until you remember she's kind of like that in real life too. The only problem is that the story gets so complicated that like halfway through they don't have time to be funny anymore, but it never gets boring so I'm gonna have to give this one a thumbs up.
