Fuck the Highlander. Seriously, how much more of this crap are we gonna have to put up with? In Highlander 1 the main guy killed every other motherfucking Highlander, which as I understand it should pretty much exhaust every possible story you can tell about this clown, but somehow they managed to make like ten more movies, a TV series, a cartoon, comic books, novels, video games, book & record sets, a radio show, penny dreadfuls, gravestone rubbings, and now here's the goddamned japanimated version. For real, I am so sick of the christing Highlander. This time he's running around the future fighting mutants and robot spiders, and every once in a while we go back in time to watch him have a 2000-year pissing match with some Roman prick. Oh well, at least the japanimated Highlander is way more of a badass than the movie and TV versions,* there's plenty of blood (and even some tits), and the giant crocodile that shows up in one part is pretty damn cool (you just can't go wrong with a giant crocodile). It's probably one of the least painful Highlanders. Still, when the Highlander's walking out of town at the end and this seagull flies overhead, I was really hoping it would shit on him.

*Are they all even supposed to be the same guy? Actually, never mind- I don't want to meet the person who knows enough about Highlander to answer that question.
