See, it's about killer rats attacking people in the ghetto, so it's called "Hood Rat". Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Duh. It's another one of those movies that's like a black version of a white movie (Willard): just like Soul Plane (Black Airplane); Johnson Family Vacation (Black Vacation); Love Don't Cost a Thing (Black Can't Buy Me Love); and Higher Learning (Black PCU). If I was a black person, I think I would just stop going to the movies altogether.
