In this cartoon Dorothy goes back to Oz and teams up with Peppermint Patty to fight a witch and an "army" of five girls. How are five girls an "army"? That's barely a pajama party. I did like it when the leader of the girls said "I can't think of anything nasty to do I haven't already done." I wish we would've seen those parts. It looks like one of those cartoons that's made in Korea or someplace by little kids chained to old desks, and the only interesting thing that happens in it is that everybody thinks Peppermint Patty is a boy, but in the end it turns out she's a girl. I think there was a Charlie Brown special about that too.
