It's time for Santa Claus to retire and Frasier is supposed to take his place, so Santa starts losing his powers* and Frasier starts getting them. Frasier's already got his hands full though: some con artists are stealing all the money from his Christmas charity, plus Immigration wants to bust his cook. I suppose if you're some illegal wetback Immigration might be out to ruin your Christmas, but unless the story is specifically about that they're a pretty dumb choice for the bad guy in a Christmas movie. And the part where Santa Claus thinks that someone dressing as him in a TV commercial for a charity is like an insult to the family name is pretty retarded. If that bothers him, I wonder how he feels about this:

Anyway, things really go south when Immigration finds out about the missing money and Frasier takes the fall. Uh, since when does Immigration investigate fraud? Frasier even gets interrogated by an Immigration agent! This movie must've been written by a Mexican and the only bad guys he could think of were INS and the Chupacabras, so he just picked the least ridiculous one. Actually, he probably should've gone with the Chupacapras- that movie would've been a lot more interesting than this one is.

*All his powers. "I can't get it up!" he says in one part.
