This movie is artistic AND it's about the French, so before it even starts you know it's going to be boring, super-pretentious, and probably have people with clown makeup in it, and of course all those things happen. All these nuts in the crazyhouse do a play for some rich people to watch, but the guy who's in charge of the play sneaks in like all this political shit and everybody gets all riled up and of course in the end the crazy people go batshit and attack everyone because that's how all halfway decent movies about insane asylums end, even pretentious ones like this. There's aren't any hot naked chicks, super gory parts, or anything else that a movie needs to really rock, but since it was about crazy people trying to do like a serious play, watching it was sort of like back in grade school where the retard class put on a little show or whatever and all the other classes had to be the audience and you weren't supposed to laugh when they fucked up or fell down or one of the retards peed himself and ran off the stage crying, but of course you did because it was fucking hilarious. So it has that going for it. I guess.
