This evil developer guy has this conspiracy going on so he can buy all this land and stuff to make an evil development, but things go to shit for everyone when he puts some toxic waste in this old mine and it makes giant mosquitoes. (If he wants to develop the land or whatever, why the fuck is he dumping toxic waste there? Duh.) The hero is this cop who welds a lot and likes to ride his motorcycle around with no shirt on and say shit like "I'm a man of extremes." He was a total faggot and I hated him. His boss the sheriff is the same guy who plays the sheriff in every movie ever made, and the "I'm Larry, this is my brother Darryl, and this is my other brother Darryl" guy is in it, but the only character I liked was this hot-ass coroner chick who's only in the movie for like two seconds and doesn't even get naked. There were hardly any mosquito attacks at all, and even when there were they barely showed anything. Fucking weak.
