This mad scientist hires the Faceman to help him take care of his snakes. The scientist's skinny, ugly daughter* falls in love with Face, but she's S.O.L. because her dad's real plan is to inject him with this formula that will turn him into a snake. The formula works, which is more than you can say for most mad scientists' idiot schemes so good for him, and Face turns into a snake man, then finally into a regular snake. The daughter finally catches on and rushes to rescue him (I guess she figures they can still get married and she can keep him in a fish tank in the garage or something and just bring him out to perform his martial obligations or whatever, the kinky bitch). Faceman's out of luck though, because Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is in the lab too, and Rikki-Tikki-Tavi attacks and wastes him. This part was pretty cool because I think they actually let a real snake and Rikki-Tikki-Tavi fight, and you can't really do that kind of shit in movies anymore because hippies will protest and stuff. Except for a part where this cop blows a snake's head off with a shotgun the rest of the flick's pretty boring though, so it's probably not worth the trouble unless you're like a Faceman completist or something.

*We almost see her nasty, skank ass naked in one part, but fortunately they cover it up with some foliage and shit. Usually I think this kind of trick sucks ass, but this is one time where I was thankful.
