Three on a Meathook

(1972)

This starts with four ugly chicks who have car trouble and have to crash with this doofus and his dad in an old house. I was pretty sure I saw where this one was going, but less than five minutes later all the chicks were dead! The dad yells at the son for killing them ("You know what happens when you get around women!"), but you can tell the dad really did it. The kid can't figure it out, though, so he goes to town and gets smashed. He sits around forever in a bar while this shitty hippie band plays- they play, like, two whole songs! Fucking hippies. Anyway, he ends up picking up a chick, and she and her girlfriend come to the farm next. The friend whines about Vietnam and says; "Life's a short ride, and it isn't always round trip," whatever the hell that means. After a while the dad goes apeshit again, and it turns out he was killing all these chicks to feed to his crazy cannibal wife. After it's all over, a psychiatrist tells the son; "...your father was basically good." It's a pretty dumb movie.
