This dame is at some resort and she ends up fucking two different guys and they get in a fistfight over her. She gets all emotional and hung up about the one guy and can't decide what to do, then goes for a naked swim and gets eaten by a shark. The next day, the two guys chill out and become friends and pick up these two younger, hotter chicks and forget all about the other broad. And that's the difference between men and women.

The two dudes spend the next couple weeks picking up all these hot chicks, and we don't see the shark for like an hour, but that's okay because there's plenty of tits and ass and even a little snatch to keep things interesting. Finally when it shows up again it eats one of the dudes, and it was worth the wait because it tears him right in half and there's blood and guts everywhere. The other dude tries to drown his sorrows in two hot brunettes' pussies, but the shark eats one of them too so now he's really pissed. He decides to go after it, pitting man against nature or some such shit, but it doesn't work out so hot and the shark bites his arm off.

For a shark movie this hardly has any shark attacks in it at all, but it is loaded with naked chicks - and one of them is Terri from Three's Company! - so I have no choice but to give it a thumbs up.
