(1985)

This fireman is saving a kid from a burning building when his buddies accidentally hose that fucker right out a three-story window (nice job, idiots). Later the mayor says he won't help the fireman out or anything because he was drunk at the time,* which seems like BS to me. Hell, if shit you did while you were drunk didn't count I'd still be in the 9th grade. Anyway, the fireman's brother decides to embarrass the mayor by graffiti-ing up the whole city and playing like these pranks that are completely impossible but I don't think we're supposed to realize that. Of course the cops can't figure it out, but this one cute chick does and it gets her pretty wet, so at least we get to see her in her panties for a second which is probably the best part of the movie. Finally they put Kolchak the Nightstalker on the case and after he eliminates vampires, succubuses, and headless motorcycle guys as suspects the answer is pretty obvious, so he tries to stop Turk 182 before he can pull off his final stunt that of course ends up on live TV so that every single person in the movie, including people who hated his guts up to this point, can be all inspired and cheer him on and shit. I like how in these movies everyone's always watching TV at just the right time and they all happen to be watching the local news instead of, say, The A-Team or something. Give me a fucking break. This movie's retarded.

*The fireman was drunk I mean, not the mayor.
