Virgin Terror

(1978)

This chick gets raped and murdered, so they assign this cop to solve the case. He's not a very good detective, though: He gets all his clues from this little girl, and when he can't figure it out he starts busting in on random people in the middle of the night and blaming them. The cop stakes out this one suspect's trailer by breaking in and falling asleep there, but when the dude comes home he sets the place on fire. When the cop wakes up and smells smoke he throws himself through the trailer window, even though the open door is right next to it. He chases the guy who started the fire, but he escapes by hitting the cop with a side of beef. Later though this guy is cruising around on his motorcycle and gets killed. Everyone but the cop decides the case is closed, so of course it isn't.

When another chick gets attacked the cop goes to see her in the hospital and flips out on her parents, then he kidnaps another suspect and forces him to ride a kiddie roller coaster so he'll get scared and confess (duh). This cop was so stupid and acted so crazy I started to think maybe he was the killer, but when he finally figures it out (by accident, of course) the answer is even stupider. Lots of this movie takes place at a girls' school, so there were some tits and girls taking showers and stuff, but not enough make it worth watching unless you don't have any other movies and the Internet is down.
