Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet

(1965)

These three ships head for Venus, but one gets hit by a meteorite and blows up. A guy says; "There is no fair or unfair. To a meteorite, you get hit, you die." Two guys and this cool robot go down to the planet, but they disappear, so three more guys go after them. When the three guys land they get attacked by a giant plant. Meanwhile the guys and the robot get attacked by lizard men. They all travel to meet each other and see dinosaurs and sometimes they hear a girl singing. After a while the dudes with the robot get trapped by a flow of lava. They have the robot carry them, but it has a "self-preservation mechanism", so when they start to weigh it down it tries to throw them in the lava! Ha ha! Morons. They get rescued in the nick of time and shit but the robot gets destroyed (this makes one guy cry, even though nobody cried when that whole ship of people blew up in the beginning). Finally they get back to the ship and escape, and after they go we see there was intelligent life on the planet, which proved it by not making contact with these dumbasses.
