So, these terrorists find a way to hack into every computer system and video camera in the country, and even spy on people through their television sets. The government agency in charge of not letting this stand goes to this big computer expert for help, but he vanishes so they decide they have to assassinate his sister. Yeah, I don't quite follow their logic either, but up to now this flick has been tedious as fuck so at least something's finally happening. The sister asks her reporter friend for the assist, but she doesn't want him to actually report on the story so I'm not exactly sure what she expects him to do besides hold her purse while she operates the microfiche machine or possibly serve as a human shield. The government cats, meanwhile, decide to track down the real bad guys (remember them?) by inventing Google Earth, but the sister shows up and crashes the system, after which everyone just throws their hands into the air and decides to let the terrorists run the damn country, if they want to so bad. What the hell, right? They couldn't do any worse than the last couple of chowderheads.
