Well, something's going on in this flick- there's a radioactive rock, a dude gets shot, another guy disappears, people are racing all over the place in shitty little European cars... An inspector and a doctor are on the case, but it's a pretty safe bet they won't be solving it anytime soon:

Inspector: "What we need are facts."
Doctor: "That's one point of view."

Later some spies arrive to pick up the slack, and the missing guy's nephew shows up too, but almost everything that happens after that is totally ludicrous. The stupidest part is when the bad guys break the nephew's leg and then hide the rock - which is like the size of a grapefruit - in his cast without him noticing. I also like how the doctor's wife is on the nephew's cock two seconds after she meets him. Her husband must be a pretty lousy lay.

On the plus side there's a sword cane murder, an old lady gets socked in the mouth, and the main spy is a hot chick who keeps showing off her excellent rack. I suppose whether or not you'll like this all comes down to what you're really looking for in a movie: comprehensibility, or complete insanity, plus tits.
