This starts with a little kid "accidentally" running over his dad with a bulldozer! Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha! Awesome. The kid does a stint in the loony bin, and when he finally gets out he's got a major chip up his ass, so he decides to go on a killing spree and hilarity ensues. The best is when he whacks this ol' lady so he can steal her house Beverly Hills Cop II style; first off, the old bat almost kicks his ass, then when he finally gets the upper hand her dog just stands there watching like he doesn't give a fuck who wins as long as the survivor remembers to feed him. After he finishes off the dog (serves the treacherous cur right), the kid kidnaps this mediocre hooker and ties her to the bed at his new digs, then drives a stolen car downtown to rob stores and mug people in broad daylight for money to buy groceries. Okay, seriously, are all the cops in this town on strike or something? What the fuck? He keeps the hooker prisoner for a while, until finally she figures out his weakness (hating pussy) and almost escapes, at which point he kills her too. Then he completely snaps, carjacks a guy, drives to church, and commits hara-kiri. This flick isn't as deranged and hysterical as, say, The Zodiac Killer or The Love Butcher, but it's definitely on the same wavelength. Since you can generally get it dirt cheap (my copy cost less than ten bucks, and it came with - no joke - 49 other movies) you should definitely check it out.
