Due to convoluted circumstances and bad writing, Kelly from Beverly Hills 90125 ends up spending her Christmas trying to unmask this hick burg's secret Santa. She eventually figures out who he is, but by then she's learned a valuable Christmas miracle or whatever so she decides not to reveal his identity. This movie's so by-the-numbers there's really nothing to do but sit back and watch the hackneyed events unfold. It's sad, because just by rearranging the letters in "Secret Santa" I can come up with a hundred movie ideas that sound way more interesting than this lame-ass, generic flick, from the super obvious ("Secret Satan") to the completely fucked up ("Acne Tasters"). Or how about this: Kelly from Beverly Hills 90125 stars in... Victoria's Secret Santa. At least with a title like that there's a reasonable chance she'd show us her jingle bells.
