Various kids take advantage of a day off school to assault adults, stalk a classmate, cause a traffic accident, vandalize public and private property, kidnap a lonely man's beloved pet, engage in blackmail, and steal a snowplow, which they use to shut down the city for an additional day, costing local government and businesses thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars. There's also a scene where a little girl hallucinates so I'm pretty sure she was on drugs. It's like a complete glorification of criminal behavior and I loved every minute of it. God I miss being a kid sometimes. You can get away with anything.
