Bad news, emo douchebags: when you kill yourself, it turns out you go to place that's just like Earth, only slightly worse. The main guy in this flick is working in a pizza joint there when he finds out that his girlfriend offed herself too, so he decides to go on a road movie trip to find her and just like in every movie where someone goes looking for their "true love" he falls in love with someone else along the way. I generally like these stories where people try to imagine what it's like when you're dead (you're all wrong, by the way, but if you're curious here's a hint: it involves way more standing in line than you would imagine), but this one isn't very interesting. Except for a couple of parts it could be a road movie about living people, which if you ask me kind of defeats the purpose of making a flick where everyone is dead. And speaking of defeating the purpose, is it just me or is having the main guy pop back to life at the end the biggest christing cop-out in history? It's pretty sad that a movie based on a completely fucked-up idea like dead suicides falling in love can't manage to be any better than average, but that's pretty much what we've got here. Actually, scratch that- the main chick (who's quite fine) never gets naked, so that makes it below average. Weak.
